Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ernest Chiwaridzo Sculpture Gallery and Store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. If the item is in the same condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. If the item is not in the same condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
